We rent high quality student accommodation in Plymouth, UK, exclusively to mature students age 21 and over.

We offer clean, comfortable student rooms in 1, 2 & 4-bed student flats and 5, 6 & 7-bed student shared houses. All our student accommodation is close to Plymouth University,
Plymouth College of Art and Peninsula College of Medicine and Dentistry (PCMD).
We rent our houses and flats room-by-room or to groups of students. Rents start at £57/week for single rooms and from £74/week for double rooms (student rooms with a double bed). Ensuite rooms (with private shower, WC & wash basin) are available from £110/week.
All our student houses & flats are owned and managed by us. We are not letting agents or a property management company. Unlike letting agents and many other private landlords, we do not charge fees.
